Moser & Moser, P.A. is a family-owned law firm. The office consists of two attorneys and very capable and friendly staff. Together, with my husband and law partner, John W. Moser, we have practiced law for 56 years. Our experience is broad, but has mostly focused on litigation and court practice. We have MANY YEARS of courtroom experience. We handle a variety of family and criminal law issues including, but not limited to, divorce, child support enforcement, alimony issues, parenting issues, domestic violence injunctions, mediation, DUI's, drug offenses, battery, probation violations, and theft-related offenses, among many others. In addition to our regular office hours of 8:30 to 5:00 Monday - Friday, we can arrange for evening appointments to meet when it's convenient for you.
