K. Hunter Goff

I received my J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law in 1999 and my undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Political Science from Mercer University in 1996. I was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000. After working for a large consumer bankruptcy law firm in Tampa for 4 years, I opened my own practice in Orlando in 2004. I take pride in my decision, from the beginning, to limit my practice to helping people with their financial goals, whether through filing bankruptcy and receiving protection from creditors under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, or by creating wills, trusts, and powers of attorney to protect you, your assets, and your heirs. I am a member member of the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, as well as ElderCounsel and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. I am married, my Wife plays an active role in the day-to-day running of the Firm, and we live in beautiful Minneola, FL. We are proud parents of 2 amazing children. For fun, I actually enjoy mowing the yard, playing with my kids and 3 dogs, relaxing at home, and attending Orlando City Soccer matches. Go City!
