John P Rutkowski
Mr. Rutkowski has been practicing law for the past twenty-three years. Prior to practicing law Mr. Rutkowski served twelve years as a deputy sheriff in Pinellas County, Florida. Starting his law-enforcement career as a patrol deputy which included two years on the DUI squad; Mr. Rutkowski moved up the ranks becoming a corporal in the field training program which give him the responsibility for training new recruits. Prior to retiring and pursuing a career in law, Mr. Rutkowski moved in the detective division. Mr. Rutkowski retired from law-enforcement upon entering law school.
After graduating law school Mr. Rutkowski served as an assistant state attorney in the fifth judicial district of Florida. Along with his law-enforcement career, Mr. Rutkowski served fifteen years in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and Army Reserve. While a member of Pennsylvania National Guard Mr. Rutkowski attended and successfully completed the officer candidate school and upon graduation was commission a second lieutenant in the infantry.
Mr. Rutkowski is licensed to practice law in State of Florida, State of Georgia and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also licensed to practice in the United States Federal District Courts for the Middle District of Florida, the Northern District of Florida, along with the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
