Barry K. Baker

Barry K. Baker is an attorney for the Central Florida law firm of Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A. He currently works out of the firm's Melbourne location. He handles cases involving all types of Personal Injury, including Motorcycle & Auto Accidents, Premises Liability (Slip & Falls), and Wrongful Death. He also has experience in Labor & Employment Law, Civil Litigation, Insurance Coverage, and Commercial Litigation. Mr. Baker is a graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology, here he received his B.S. with honors in Aviation Management (1986). He was in the United States Marine Corps, where he was an Officer and an Aviator (AV-8B). During his time in the USMC he became Military Aviation Safely Officer (1991). He attended the Florida State University College of Law, graduating with honors with his J.D. in 1997. He is a member of Who's Who Among American Law Students and of Phi Delta Phi.
