Amanda Morris is a licensed member of the Florida Bar; the Connecticut Bar; the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida; and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.Ms. Morris has represented commercial property owners in numerous landlord / tenant, evictions, real estate management, and other matters. She has argued hundreds of cases and motions for national lenders, insurance companies, and corporations. In addition, Ms. Morris has litigated real estate, contract disputes, and collections matters as well as resolved issues amicably by way of mediation and settlement.
