Lesly Carmen Longa
Lesly Carmen Longa has litigated and defended claims on behalf of individuals against corporations, insurance companies and lenders for over 10 years. Today she focuses her practice on consumer protection law, estate planning and general civil matters. Attorney Longa speaks Spanish, has represented foreign nationals in U.S. Courts, and also handles a variety of international matters for business and estate planning clients. Attorney Longa earned a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and a B.A. from the American University School of International Service in Washington, D.C. She has been admitted to practice in Maryland, D.C., Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She volunteers throughout the Tampa Bay area, offering pro bono legal services through programs at Bay Area Legal Services and the Domestic Violence Assistance Project. Attorney Longa was born in New Orleans and raised in Tampa, Florida. After spending a decade in the district, she decided to move back to Tampa to be closer to her family.
