I am licensed in all Florida State, Federal, and Bankruptcy Courts, up to and including the U.S. Supreme Court. I also represent clients in lawsuits, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative/government agency hearings. I focus on business litigation, which includes contract disputes, UCC consumer claims, real estate litigation, special assets litigation, and business torts, such as theft of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duties, and usurpation of corporate opportunities. I also enforce judgments I obtain and provide counsel in business transactions, such as forming entities, drafting documents, and asset sales. I am a member of the Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Justice Major B. Harding American Inns of Court. I am additionally admitted to the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. I was formerly a Captain in the U.S. Army JAG Corps and defended soldiers in courts-martial and administrative hearing boards.
