Lacey Powell Clark
Lacey Powell Clark grew up in Crestview, FL and graduated from Crestview High School. After graduating high school, she attended Florida State University in Tallahassee and graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology in 1991. She earned her law degree (Juris Doctor) from the Florida State University College of Law, with honors, in 1994. Ms. Clark joined Powell, Powell & Powell, P.A. in 1994, and became a partner in 2007. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Okaloosa-Walton Bar Association, the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Ms. Clark devotes her practice to motor vehicle accident litigation and insurance claims, premises liability cases, dog and animal attack cases, and general civil practice. Her husband, James G. Clark is also a member of the firm.
