I have been a trial lawyer for more than twenty years. I pride myself on personal attention to clients, and aggressive representation of their interests. My results speak for themselves. For example, I was recently lead counsel in a product defect and personal injury case against The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. The jury awarded my clients $5.6 million, more than ten times the highest amount offered in settlement before trial, and the third largest verdict ever in that part of Florida. I am comfortable in the courtroom litigating against the world’s largest corporations and insurance companies. I have successfully tried or settled cases with General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Bridgestone Firestone, Bridgestone of Japan, Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, Michelin, and virtually every major insurance company. I have also been on the other side of the courtroom representing defendants such as Wal-Mart and Lloyds of London, but I now focus my practice entirely on helping individuals and small businesses obtain justice and/or compensation. I do settle cases out of Court if that is what is best for an individual client. But I approach each case I accept as one that may require trial, and I do not shy away from the courtroom unlike many lawyers and law firms who are far more interested in a quick settlement.
