Daniel B. Bottari has spent the majority of his life in South Florida. Mr. Bottari graduated high school from Pine Crest School, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After graduating high school, Mr. Bottari went to the University of Florida and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Honors. After graduating college, Mr. Bottari attended Nova Southeastern University and earned a Juris Doctor. After law school, Mr. Bottari worked as an attorney at the Public Defender’s office in the 20th Judicial Circuit. At the Public Defender’s office, he represented over 1,000 clients charged with misdemeanors, felonies and violations of probation. As he gained valuable courtroom and trial experience at the Public Defender’s office, he also witnessed many problems with the judicial system. He observed the government’s general lack of respect for an accused’s Fourth Amendment and Fifth Amendment Rights. These experiences motivated Mr. Bottari to zealously represent his clients by arguing motions to suppress illegally obtained evidence, arguing motions to dismiss charges, and arguing reasonable doubt to jurors at trial. Mr. Bottari also represents injured clients in personal injury claims, and represents medical providers in personal injury protection claims. He has handled hundreds of personal injury claims consisting of automobile accidents and slip/trip and fall accidents. He has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars combined for clients in personal injury cases and personal injury protection cases.
