Andrew T. Windle has committed his legal career exclusively to the practice of family law and appellate law. Having personally experienced the difficulties of his parents’ divorce, Andrew set out to devote his life’s work to helping families through this difficult time. Due to his firsthand experience with divorce, modification, remarriage, and relocation issues, he understands the emotional aspects of the process. He draws from his personal and professional experience to cultivate strategies and solutions that are suited to each individual client’s needs and situation. Andrew has created Windle Family Law with the goal of properly handling these delicate issues, so his clients and their families can go on lead happier and more fulfilling lives. Andrew graduated from the University of Baltimore, School of Law in 2006, with honors, and was in the top tenth percentile of his graduating class. While in law school, he began his legal career by representing indigent clients on a pro bono basis in family matters through the University of Baltimore’s Family Law Clinic. Additionally, he had the opportunity to work as a Judicial Clerk for a panel of EEOC Administrative Law Judges. Since completing his education, Andrew has tried many cases and represented clients in appellate matters. Despite his extensive litigation and appellate experience, he finds the most satisfaction in reaching amicable resolutions to issues that respect his client’s desires and reflect the best interests of any children involved. Andrew enjoys giving back to the legal community. He is actively involved with the Family Law Inn of Court (a legal society promoting professionalism), where he serves on the Board and as the Counselor. Andrew enjoys his involvement with various collaborative law groups such as CFL-CFL and IACP, as well as many bar associations. In addition, he regularly speaks to groups of attorneys, paralegals, and students, to educate them on legal matters.
