Walt Blenner is a native of Long Island, New York. He graduated with a degree in Political Science from The University of Chicago with honors. He is still active with the University’s Alumni Association here in Tampa Bay and regularly gives “Book Awards” to local high school seniors to encourage them to apply to UofC – the college with the highest number of Nobel Laureate winners of any university in the country!
After a few years of brutal Chicago winters, Walt moved to the sunny south for law school. He attended and graduated from Emory University Law School, in Atlanta, Georgia, with a Juris Doctorate degree. He then continued his move south to Tampa Bay to be closer to the Gulf, where he has resided ever since.
