Jacksonville attorney Dale E. Workman earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1997 from Stetson University College of Law, which has consistently and repeatedly been recognized as the best law school in the nation for producing superior trial attorneys (also see here). Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1993 from the University of South Florida. While there, he authored an article that was featured in that university’s law journal, in which he gave an in-depth analysis of a U.S. Supreme Court opinion and discussed the erosion of the right to privacy that is guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. He is admitted to practice in all state courts throughout Florida, as well as all federal courts throughout the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL), the Florida Bar (Business Law, Criminal Law, Public Interest Law and Trial Lawyers sections), and the Jacksonville Bar Association (Commercial Litigation and Criminal Law sections). He has also previously served on the Florida Bar’s Traffic Court Rules Committee. He is an experienced Jacksonville trial attorney with an extensive background in both civil and criminal law. He has been employed as a criminal defense attorney in both the public and private sectors since 1998, and he has actively practiced civil trial law with an emphasis on family law, consumer law, debt collection law, and commercial law since 2004. He has advised and represented some of the largest debt purchasers in the world, and he has defended and prosecuted cases on behalf of countless individuals, as well.
