I understand how hard it is for people with medical and financial issues who need help. My own grandmother, who recently passed away at 94 years of age, helped me to understand the issues that Seniors face. My passion is to help Seniors and their families to plan for their future, and to help them to prevent the devastating expense of long term nursing home or assisted living facility care. We can help Seniors and Veterans to understand the benefits that may be available to them such as Medicaid and Aid and Attendance (a little known Veterans benefit). We handle estate planning, preparation of Wills, Trusts, Deeds, Living Wills, Health Care Surrogate Designations, and Special Needs Trusts. We also handle probate administration after the death of a family member, and guardianships when an individual is no longer capable of handling matters on their own. In addition to my law degree, Juris Doctor, I also hold an advanced law degree, LL.M., Masters of Law in Elder Law. I am a member of NAELA (the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys), and the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys. The Better Business Bureau has awarded our firm its A+ rating. Our office is conveniently located on Swann Avenue, one-half block East of Dale Mabry Highway, and 1.3 miles south of Interstate 275 (approximately 5 minute drive from the interstate).
