Moser & Moser, P.A. is a family-owned law firm. The office consists of two attorneys and very capable and friendly staff. Together, with my husband and law partner, John W. Moser, we have practiced law for 56 years. Our experience is broad, but has mostly focused on litigation and court practice. We have MANY YEARS of courtroom experience. We handle a variety of family and criminal law issues including, but not limited to, divorce, child support enforcement, alimony issues, parenting issues, domestic violence injunctions, mediation, DUI’s, drug offenses, battery, probation violations, and theft-related offenses, among many others. Our office is centrally located in Brevard County and is conveniently located on U.S. Highway 1, south of Eau Gallie Boulevard and Sarno Road. We serve clients who live throughout Brevard County as well as clients from around the country and internationally who have legal matters in Brevard County, Florida, or governmental and legislative matters in Tallahassee, Florida. In addition to our regular office hours of 8:30 to 5:00 Monday – Friday, we can arrange for evening appointments to meet when it’s convenient for you.
