Attorney Brandon R. Bytnar has practiced law in Naples, Florida since 2009 when he and his wife, Sara, moved from Ohio. He focuses primarily on estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, real estate law, and guardianship. Before earning his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law, Brandon graduated magna cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in both political science and journalism. As a member of the Ohio Wesleyan University men’s golf team, Brandon was recognized as a scholar athlete. During law school, he worked as an intern in the Office of the Ohio Public Defender and as a judicial law clerk in the Toledo Municipal Court. Brandon is a member of the Florida Bar, the Collier County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. An involved member of the Southwest Florida community, Brandon serves on the Board of Directors for the Foundation for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc., a non-profit that provides assistance and support to individuals with special needs as well as their families. He also serves on the Community Advisory Board for Avow Hospice, Inc., a non-profit that provides care to seriously ill individuals. Brandon enjoys golfing, boating, reading, sports (especially the Chicago Bears), and being with his family and friends.
