Having a solid background in the issues surrounding estate planning gives Ms. Fitzgerald the ability to develop a successful strategy for every case. Prior to earning a Master of Laws in taxation from the University of Miami School of Law in 2000, she graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 1999. Ms. Fitzgerald received a Bachelor of Science in accounting and graduated cum laude from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 1996. Today, Ms. Fitzgerald spends her time guiding clients with compassion, focus and a commitment to each person’s best interests. She stays on top of legal trends through her involvement with the Florida Lawyers Network, the Broward County Bar Association and The Florida Bar’s Tax and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections.
