The overwhelming majority of my immigration law practice derives from repeat business and a very strong referral base of “happy customers” and a large supporting professional network. As such, it is important to me that my clients report back to me frequently with feedback. To me, there is no substitute for a happy referral by my clients and contacts to others who may need my services or advice. I welcome all referrals. While there is no substitute for a face-to-face meeting with me, in order for you to decide if I am the right lawyer for you, you may consider a number of different factors, such as my experience, past results of actual cases, client referrals, referrals from other lawyer and other professionals, and other third-party sources. The nature of my representation and work as an immigration lawyer can be summarized as follows: Solid experience in U.S. Immigration Law Individual attention to every client Sophisticated, competent and efficient representation Reliable, straight-forward legal advice Work product delivered timely On-Site, ‘house-call’ consultations may be available (by agreement) Native speaker of English and German Having spent about 20 years in Germany, I am a native-speaker of German. I am a 1998 graduate from the University of South Florida cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and Int’l Affairs and a 2000 graduate from Stetson University College of Law. I run and oversee a very busy immigration practice which is located in St. Petersburg, Florida, in the greater Tampa Bay metropolitan area. Over the years, I have authored many articles (online and in print) on various aspects of U.S. immigration law, including visa strategies, legislative and regulatory updates, de-mystifying government agencies, and providing insight into Homeland Security and State Department practices. I have also published books on AMAZON on immigration law and related topics.
